When committing/updating/... files, an exception with this message can occur when the working copy is on a partition that's formatted with the FAT or FAT32 filesystem. SharpSvn.SvnException: Can't move '...\.svn\tmp\entries' to '...\.svn\entries': Cannot create a file when that file already exists. This has to be fixed in the underlying Subversion libraries, that's currently in progress. This issue is to track when the problem is solved in AnkhSVN
