Initialize the toolstrip renderer on the repository and working copy explorer
folders bar.

* src/Ankh.UI/RepositoryExplorer/RepositoryExplorerControl.cs
  Initialize renderer
* src/Ankh.UI/WorkingCopyExplorer/WorkingCopyExplorerControl.cs
  Initialize renderer, and don't hook the same event twice.
