Try to fix the addition and removal of files in Websites when a
subversion update is applied.

* src/Ankh.Scc/ProjectMap/SccProjectData.ProjectRefresh.cs
  Fix boolean check and try an additional route to find non-document
  nodes. (Works for sites in VS2008).
