    Hi Gary, Yuseke, Max and others,

I just got a confirmation that this problem should be fixed for the next
Visual Studio 11 pre-release version.

As we somehow seem to trigger this problem in Visual Studio 2010 and 11 for
you by enabling our extended glyph for the new style solution explorer set
I'm now of implementing the following system:

* Visual Studio 2005/2008:
Keep the extended glyphs disabled. (Current behavior)

* For Visual Studio 2010:
- Check if the Visual Studio Power tools are installed:
* If yes -> Enable the extended glyphs to allow seeing the AnkhSVN glyphs in
the solution navigator (Currently always enabled)
* If no -> Use Visual Studio 2005/2008 behavior.
(Note that the the Solution Navigator is a prototype of the Visual Studio 11
Solution Explorer)

* In Visual Studio 11:
Enable the glyphs. (Current behavior)

For the current Visual Studio 11 Beta this maintains the problems using the
Class Viewer, but breaking the new Solution Explorer is not something I
would like to do.

The recommended workaround for VS11 until the next release is using the new
advanced solution explorer of VS11 as your class viewer.

Note that this fix does *not* resolve the problem inside Visual Studio for
any version of Visual Studio. It just changes the chance of seeing this
problem to the original chance before we enabled the extended glyphs.

If you need a real fix for Visual Studio 2010 (or others) you should contact
Microsoft Support to obtain a patch/hot-fix.
(I don't think there is one yet, but as the problem is confirmed and fixed
for VS11 you can probably just ask for it and get the support fee returned).
If you want to do this, please send me an e-mail as I have some issue
numbers that might help getting the right people connected.

The new code is available in the current daily build which was generated a
few minutes ago.

    Bert
