Annotations window - annotations in margin not aligned with the code

Message Hello,

I've been using AnkhSVN for years and it's been my must have extension.

Some time ago I noticed that the annotations window is not shown
correctly. The revisions shown on the left margin do not match the code
lines correctly. It seems that the line height in the margin is slightly
smaller than in the right code window. This makes it very hard to find
the correct revision for a particular line.

The following picture shows the situation:

As you can see, the very first revision in the margin starts a bit
higher than the code. Then the selected third revision doesn't belong to
the line next to it but to the line highlighted with red.

And the last revision ends before the file end:

I have a high DPI monitor with Windows 10 and the display scaling is set
to 125%. Maybe this is the reason. In VS 2017, I have set the font to
Consolas 10. Moreover, the editor zoom is set to 105%

Best regards
